1. Right of Withdrawal and Sealing

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. Important Note: This right expires prematurely as soon as the seal (protective film or security seal) of the DVD case has been removed after delivery. Opened media are excluded from exchange or return for reasons of dislike.

2. Replacement or Refund

If an item is defective (e.g., playback errors) or was delivered incorrectly, you can choose between:

• A free replacement delivery of the same title.
• A full refund of the purchase price.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• In case of dislike: If the goods are still in their original seal and you exercise your right of withdrawal, you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
• In case of defect or incorrect delivery: In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a return label.

4. Request Return Address

We maintain return addresses in Germany and the Netherlands. To guarantee smooth processing and avoid misrouting, please do not return any goods unsolicited.
