DVD Return Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal for Sealed DVDs
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the merchandise without providing a reason, provided that the legal requirements are met.
Please note: For sealed DVDs, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the seal has been removed after delivery. Opened or unsealed DVDs therefore cannot be returned or refunded solely because you do not like them.
Before opening the DVD, please check that the delivered item matches your order.
2. Is the DVD defective or was the wrong item delivered?
If your DVD is defective—for example, due to a read error—or if you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service.
Depending on the situation, we will offer you an appropriate solution, such as:
- a free replacement of the same title, or
- a refund of the purchase price, or
- a store credit for future orders
Please do not return defective or incorrectly delivered items without prior notice; contact us first.
3. Who pays the return shipping costs?
In case of cancellation:
If you exercise your right of withdrawal and the DVD is still sealed in its original packaging, you are responsible for the direct costs of the return.
In case of a defect or incorrect delivery:
If the item is defective or you received the wrong item, we will, of course, cover the necessary return shipping costs. Depending on the situation, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
4. Coordinate returns with us in advance
To ensure your return is processed quickly and correctly, please do not send any items back without prior authorization.
We have return addresses in Germany and the Netherlands. We will let you know which address to use for your return after you contact us.
Please follow these steps:

- You must provide your order number.
- Briefly describe the reason for your return.
- We will inform you of the next steps and provide you with the appropriate return address.
Important: The provisions above supplement your statutory warranty and right of withdrawal and are not intended to limit them.
