Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is important to us. That’s why all orders are packaged 100% discreetly and neutrally. Neither the packaging nor the return address reveals anything about the contents of your order or that it contains adult products.
Upon request, we’ll also ship your DVDs free of charge in plain paper sleeves or plastic sleeves without a cover design. Simply specify your preference when placing your order.
Discreet Payment
We also ensure discretion when it comes to payment. For all payment methods, we use neutral and unobtrusive transaction descriptions that give no indication of the contents of your order or our store.
The exact description on your bank statement or credit card statement may vary depending on the payment method you choose.
Shipping Costs & Shipping Methods
Insured Shipping with DHL or DHL Express
You can choose between shipping with DHL or DHL Express. Both shipping methods are insured and allow for tracking.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will, of course, find a suitable solution. Depending on the situation, you will receive a replacement or a refund of the purchase price.
Please note that this does not apply to shipments that are seized in the destination country due to import regulations or official measures. Shipping insurance covers only the value of the goods in the order. We are not liable for consequential damages, such as those resulting from delays.
DHL Express
DHL Express orders received by us by 1:00 p.m. and for which all shipping requirements have been met are generally delivered by 12:00 p.m. on the next business day (Monday through Friday).
Saturday delivery is not available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on your country of delivery, the selected shipping method, and the order total.
For orders totaling €69 or more, shipping to selected countries is free.

Please note for deliveries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Japan, Australia): Any customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees that may apply in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in the shipping costs.
Shipping Information
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except on holidays.
- Orders received by 11:00 a.m. that meet all shipping requirements are usually shipped the same day.
- Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order. We may charge you for any additional costs resulting from an incorrectly provided or incomplete address.
- Please ensure that the shipment can be accepted. Costs resulting from a refusal to accept the package or an avoidable return may be billed to the customer.
- Please also ensure that your email address is entered correctly. We will contact you via email if we have any questions regarding your order.
- For international shipments, the legal import and customs regulations of the respective destination country must be observed. We cannot accept any liability for shipments that are confiscated due to applicable regulations.
Payment Options
Direct Debit
When paying by direct debit, the invoice amount will be debited directly from the bank account you provided.
Your bank statement will show the generic transaction description “Online Order + Order Number.”
Technical data is processed to facilitate and secure your order. Attempts at fraud and fraudulent orders may be subject to criminal prosecution.
Credit Card
Pay securely and conveniently with Visa or Mastercard.
The generic transaction description “Askorder.com” will appear on your credit card statement.
Your payment information is transmitted securely. Our partner for processing credit card payments is VXSBill.
paysafecard
With paysafecard, you can pay for your order without providing any bank or credit card information.
Simply purchase paysafecard credit and redeem the corresponding code during the checkout process. Any unused balance remains on your paysafecard and can be used for future purchases.
paysafecard credit is available in various amounts. You can find an overview of sales locations in the paysafecard retailer directory.
Bank Transfer
After completing your order, you will receive our account information and the required payment reference. You can conveniently pay the amount via online banking or a bank transfer form.
As soon as we receive your payment, in-stock items will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
You can also find your IBAN and the payment reference for pending orders at any time in your customer account under “Orders.” Simply select the corresponding order there.
Google Pay
With Google Pay, you can pay quickly, conveniently, and securely. During the checkout process, simply select Google Pay as your payment method and confirm the payment through your Google account. You won’t need to re-enter your saved payment information.
