While a masked vigilante group known as the Vermin wreak havoc in Paradise City, a sexy badass hiding in plain sight, Lucy (Ana Foxxx), is just trying to make ends meet. Working odd jobs - and as a call girl when the opportunity presents itself - she´s saving up every dollar so she can leave the decaying city once and for all. After taking on a new client, Lucy gets pulled into the fight between the real Vermin vigilantes (Maddy May, Michael Vegas), the city´s corrupt mayor (Scott Nails), his wife (Kenna James) and the fake vigilante group doing the mayor´s dirty work.
